Search

In order to find you the right people, we first spend as much time as necessary to understand your business needs and individual requirements.

Then, we use a variety of methods to directly find the best candidates available, with a particular emphasis on online, social and, naturally, our proprietary database.

We can also conduct dedicated, high profile campaigns, based on your requirements.


Online Interview

We spend at least 1 hour interviewing prospective candidates, via Zoom / video calling. The purpose is threefold:

  1. Firstly to ensure an accurate understanding of the candidate’s work history, language skills, interpersonal skills, qualifications and other relevant competencies.

  2. Critically, to understand the aspirations and motivations of each candidate, to ensure a successful and long term match for both stakeholders.

  3. Not least, to provide the candidate with all the necessary information about the opportunity and the process. Importantly, we make sure to give accurate information and manage expectations (salary, cost of living, adjusting to a different culture etc) which is critical to settling in well and ensuring a long term successful placement.


Document Verification

As a matter of standard practice, we verify the candidate’s records of work experience, education, skills, police record, fitness to work, among other means to verify the genuineness of applications. These also typically verified by the relevant government visa application centres.


shortlisting

We only present you a short list of candidates that pass the simple question “Would we hire this person ourselves if we were in this business?”.

From the shortlist, we then help to coordinate your online interviews based on your selection. We can also organise recruitment trips for our clients who wish to undertake face to face interviews.

We keep on recruiting and presenting more candidates, refining the process if necessary, until we have found your ideal candidates.


Pre-ARRIVAL logistics

The process from making an offer to commencing employment usually involves a series of steps: permits, visas, flights, as well as potentially other logistical considerations such as initial accommodation

We use our extensive experience to help you and the successful candidates throughout this whole process, to make it as easy and efficient as possible.


post-placement support

Our service doesn’t stop the moment your new team member arrives. We are always available to be of assistance whenever required, especially to help the settling in process.
